This is one of the largest Rue 21 I have ever been to. I once bought a perfume here.
This is the second time I've gone into the Lufkin Mall location, and it's horrible. No one greeted me or anyone else that walked in, I didn't have one person ask if I needed help, and trying to find a pair of jeans in my size was beyond frustrating. I will not set foot back on the store.
Super friendly and always make me my daughter feel welcome. Was very helpful as it was my daughters first time shopping for school clothes there.
I have worked with my dad at the barbershop in Lithonia i am 12 years i'm turning 13 in October. When i was at the barbershop the most I've been paid was 120 dollars also my average is 70 dollars i really need this job to help out with my family. Also I only worked on Saturdays also the Barbershop is called Gentlemen's Touch.
Cute clothes for the 30 year old and younger. Shoes are cute and some of the scents will make you irresistible. Can be a bit pricey depending on the item. The staff are friendly and went out of their way to help me find a black and white outfit.
OMG! I had the best experience in Rue 21 tonight at the galleria in Birmingham, AL. Joy the manager and Kendra the sales rep. We're amazing in helping me with whatever I needed, they even went above and beyond to make my experience Excellent. Will continue to come back because the service was unbeatable and very professional. I was greeted from the time I entered the time I left! The best Rue 21 in Birmingham, Al. Everyone should definitely come visit and shop around.
It wouldn't let me give this store no stars. My daughter and I went in here 2-28-16 with the intention of spending money. The store was absolutely disgusting! The floor looked like it had never been swept. Food and candy wrappers laying all over the store floor. There where hangers laying all over the floor, making it hard to push my baby's stroller in there. The clothes were all half hanging on the racks, over half of the clothes were in the floor. Rip - off Their advertising is false. They are currently running the promotion where if you buy $75 in gift cards you get $25 in rue $5 cash cards. Except when I bought a fifty and a twenty - five that totals 75 and it does say cards they refused to honor their own promotion. I called customer service which says yes you get 25. I sent a complaint online but evidently responding to their customers is too much to ask.
Service was very bad. I was waiting in line to be checked out for over an hour. They also only have two cash registers,which makes for slow service.
