Terrible terrible customer service! I went into this location to look at purchasing shirts tonight and walked up to an associate and asked for a fitting room and she told me to "go wait by the rooms and when someone was available they'd be tight with me" I waited 30 minutes while that woman stood and talked to a friend of hers about what party's are going on this weekend. She hugged her friend and he left and she went on to talk to other women in the store while looking up at me often and rolling her eyes. I asked for help a... read more

Myself and my mother went into this location to do a return. The manager was being rude to another customer and that customer asked for corporates number to file a complaint. The manager wrote the number out on a post it and slammed it on the counter in front of the customer. As the customer was leaving the store the manager said fine go be a bitch somewhere else.
