I just recently visited Rue 21 at the Alabaster Promenade. Great customer service. There was one employee that stood out to me and I just had to come brag. Her name is Kristin but her co-workers call her "K" for short. She asked me if I needed a dressing room the minute I walked up to the dressing room door. I said "yes" and she unlocked the door for me and took my 4 items that I had and hung them in up in the dressing room. She then told me if I needed anything call her name and she'll be there. Rue 21 has some really great prices and some really nice stuff, however, their customer service sucks. I would shop with them more if i felt welcomed and treated like a customer.
