I’ve been going to Rudy for 29 years, I honestly can’t believe the reviews I’m reading. Yes he attempted to retire a few years back and service was not what it was but he quickly returned. He’s always been up to date on all tax laws, explained everything and always answered every question, while getting me back the best refund possible. I’m sure we can all agree that there’s always room for improvement anywhere you go. I’m sorry to hear such negative reviews. I can say that I will be returning this year.
I’ve been doing my taxes with Rudy for over 25 years and referred friends and family. I was told yesterday to pay my federal tax myself go online and now I’m uncertain if I used the right site. I’m very upset and will never use this company again. Very upset
My mom and I have used their services in the past. You think they would appreciate return customer but service has went down the drain this place. ***AVOIDDD*** Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE! I had sent them a breakdown of my mom’s business gross profits/income, expenses, and net income in an excel spreadsheet. Broke everything down into categories for them. Update in response to the owner's response: 03-06-25 This is correct. I did send an email asking to have my S Corporation tax return prepared. Unfortunately for me, this is the only evidence there is, which is why I never was able to fight you on this. What you're leaving out is why I sent that very convenient information to a specific person that I didn't know before then. I called the office first.
