I’ve been doing my taxes with Rudy for over 25 years and referred friends and family. I was told yesterday to pay my federal tax myself go online and now I’m uncertain if I used the right site. I’m very upset and will never use this company again. Very upset
My mom and I have used their services in the past. You think they would appreciate return customer but service has went down the drain this place. ***AVOIDDD*** Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE! Update in response to the owner's response: 03-06-25 This is correct. I did send an email asking to have my S Corporation tax return prepared. Unfortunately for me, this is the only evidence there is, which is why I never was able to fight you on this. What you're leaving out is why I sent that very convenient information to a specific person that I didn't know before then. I called the office first. Told the person on the phone that I needed my new business tax return prepared. She asked me if I was an S Corp, or a C Corp. ... read more
