Avoid this place at all costs!!! Ownership has recently changed and the way these people do business now is irresponsible, reckless, deceptive and just awful overall!!! I’ve been going to Rudy for 29 years, I honestly can’t believe the reviews I’m reading. Yes he attempted to retire a few years back and service was not what it was but he quickly returned. He’s always been up to date on all tax laws, explained everything and always answered every question, while getting me back the best refund possible. I’m sure we can all agree that there’s always room for improvement anywhere you go. I’m sorry to hear such negative reviews. I can say that I will be returning this year.
I’ve been doing my taxes with Rudy for over 25 years and referred friends and family. I was told yesterday to pay my federal tax myself go online and now I’m uncertain if I used the right site. I’m very upset and will never use this company again. Very upset
