RecommendedI absolutely loved my experience at Rudy and Kelly! I got a color and cut and had my eyebrows waxed. Everything was great and my stylist, Angie, was the best!
took both my kids to get haircuts, worst experience ever. I understand their apprentice but the instructor did nothing to fix their hair and she saw they were horrible
Got my hair done today by Ashley! Went from a light color to a black with blue and i absolutely love it! cant thank her enough!!!

I love my school, all my classmates and teachers. We have fun and laugh all day, everyday.
Daeisha is honestly the best. I have gone to her for highlights and to cut my hair. Always takes her time and is so thourough ❤️ She is super sweet! I would recommend Rudy and Kelly because their teachers are great. Always on time and do what you ask for and always care about the quality of your hair
I’ve been supporting Paul Mitchell schools for about 8 years in southern CA so when I recently moved to the east coast and found that there was a school in VA beach, I was thrilled! The leaders and students are always very nice but one in particular, Trisha (it might be Trish and I apologize if I got it wrong), who helped when I came in last Friday, went above and beyond.
