Worst experience ever! Had my nails done they looked good but before the end of the day three nails broke off automatically. As I was sitting there tons of, I assume students sat around just staring which made it super uncomfortable, then it took almost 20 minutes for a manager to come over and check them, which she just looked down and signed off. I haven’t been at The Paul Mitchell school in Oviedo, FL for years and decided to go get my hair colored, cut and highlighted the other day. Not knowing any of the stylists, I waited to see who God would send and what a true blessing Naylea was to me! She is so talented in all areas of hairdressing and is such a beautiful person inside and out! I set up an appointment to get my hair trimmed, it included a wash and blow dry. I have long hair and ask for 3 inches cut straight across. First of all, she took me into another room to wash my hair. She washed the hair length and not my scalp, when she rinsed my hair, she wet the whole head as if she had washed the whole thing. I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately the staff has changed and is not that nice anymore and unfortunately a student fried my hair that’s her exact words. The student wasn’t nice. She said that it was going to make her job harder because she fried my hair she left the product on my hair too long And it it damaged my hair, you would think that Paul Mitchell would offer condition treatments at a discount or for free to help repair my hair due to the students negligence.
