This Accounting/Tax Firm has been preparing my tax returns for several years. Four weeks ago, my attorney started to prepare my will, but tax issues were raised. I asked Carrie, Tax Manager, the tax questions and was told that she would get back to me with the answers that same day or the following day. I never heard from her.
