Contacted R&S in early February after a recommendation from my credit union. I needed some basic tax preparation this year, while we spoke about a long-term relationship pertaining to my consulting business. I spoke with Carrie. William Livingston is the rep that helped us and he was so awesome! Answers all our questions! All our water tastes sooooo good! Even from the sink! We're in Jacksonville Florida and the water here is aweful... I'm so thankful for this system!

This Accounting/Tax Firm has been preparing my tax returns for several years. Four weeks ago, my attorney started to prepare my will, but tax issues were raised. I asked Carrie, Tax Manager, the tax questions and was told that she would get back to me with the answers that same day or the following day. I never heard from her. Since then, I have left six voicemail, email, and text messages to find out the status of the answers to my tax questions. Been working with Eric Shivers and his team for years now and they've always been very professional! They take time to make sure all your questions are answered thoroughly, and that your taxes are done accurately and appropriately. They're great for personal, business, and activity-related (real estate, stocks, etc.) tax preparation and filing.
