Recently visited Rudell in Wolverhampton with my wife, having the intention of purchasing earrings for her birthday. Earrings had been spotted on the Rudell website, but were located at the Harborne branch, which is difficult for us to access. A short conversation by email revealed that Rudell were more than willing to transfer the items to Wolverhampton for us to view. A very big thank you to the staff at Rudells. I recently visited with a broken clasp from a much loved and old Omega Seamaster watch. I preferred a repair if possible to maintain the originality but had low expectations that this would be possible. The team at Rudells came up trumps and the clasp is as good as new. I am over the moon due to the sentimental value of the watch. Fantastic service. Again thank you very much.
Always friendly, super helpful and very accomodating. Went to pick up my Tissot Le Locle that had two links added, great price and decent turnaround time. Glenn was really pleasant and helpful without being pushy. Will be back again in the future.
Amazing as always all staff so helpful & such a lovely warm welcome. After being upset that a diamond had fallen out of my eternity ring I was reassured & I felt truly trusted it will be fixed the best way possible. We have used Rudells for many years. First being introduced by my grandmother many many years ago. To then engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings any major milestones or just simply a special treat. Excellent advice & care taken made to feel very special. Thank you.
