I can’t thank Matt enough for his “in the moment support “ yesterday when I was involved in an accident. When he arrived on scene he was calm, compassionate, worked in my time frame and was a genuine support through the process. I have not been in an accident like this before but have heard tow trucks can be pushy sometimes. That was the complete opposite experience for me with Matt. Got my Patrol bogged and was in a bit of strife. After ringing around a few towing companies, Rudd’s Towing was the only one willing and able to come out that late in the evening. For most of the others, it was already too dark. Brendon rocked up within minutes and got straight into it. He put in a solid effort with the winch, knew exactly what he was doing, and had the Patrol out in no time. I cant thank Matt enough from picking my car up and dropping it back tonight. He went out of his way and collected the key before heading up to collect it. This is the 3rd time we have used rudd's. I will say they are much reasonable with pricing to what i was quoted by claytons. There driver dropped it where Matt picked it up and told me it was in a safe secure spot, that there was surveillance. My kids went and checked on the car only to see someone has reversed into it and it has someone's face print on in. Thanks again M... read more
