My mother and I have used Mr Rudd several times for work with property we own in Klamath Falls. He is terrific, sharp and honest. As a former paralegal I have known many lawyers and he is first first rate.
Office staff was pleasant and very helpful. Mr. Rudd however was very rude and unhelpful. I walked out when he said he was probably too busy to make an appointment for a consultation to provide legal advice. ☹️
I was not a party of a proceeding involving Mr. Rudd or his office. I was however assisting my great uncle in communicating with Mr. Rudd's office regarding an estate. The extent of my assistance was relaying messages and dropping off paperwork which my uncle had signed. My uncle does not have transportation or a telephone. I was treated poorly in attempting to assist. I do not believe Mr. Rudd provides the type of representation that I would like to have. I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel this is warranted.
