Pleasant staff, eager to get your order. However, they seem unconcerned with delivering once they have your money. We were promised delivery in 2 weeks for a paid in full order. 2 weeks later with no furniture, we called only to get told 1 more week. A week later, they still didn't contact us. Repeated phone calls led to a manager who told us he would call within a week to arrange delivery. A week later, with no phone call, we again had to call.
