If I could I would give Jason and Rudd furniture a 10. I needed a battery pack for Bassett reclining sofa and chair. Order one from Amazon that wouldn’t fit. Looked again and found Rudd Furniture and their price was a lot better than Bassett. Called and talked to Jason, he was very helpful. He took my order over the phone, even went to UPS during his lunch to ship out my battery order. Followed up with UPS tracking, and pictures showing how to install batteries. Wonderful customer service. !! Thanks again Jason.

I found Rudd Furniture Company on line as I looked for a replacement battery for my Bassett recliner. I hoped to find the right battery at a less eye-popping price than offered by Bassett directly. Jason Rudd was great to work with, start to finish. We had such a wonderful experience shopping at Rudd Furniture! We walked in just 30 minutes before closing and immediately found a piece we absolutely loved. Amanda Rudd went above and beyond to help us visualize the sideboard in our home, even bringing fabric swatches up next to it for comparison. To top it off, it was delivered to us by 11am the very next morning! The Rudd family truly cares about their customers, and it shows. We’ll definitely be shopping here again!
