Best bike and ski/snowboard store in town. Huge bike selection and the best mechanics. All the crew create such a welcoming and fun environment!!! 100% recommended
Simply the best service and expertise in town. Every single staff member is amazing! I don’t think I have ever walked in and not been greeted with multiple smiles. They always make you feel like you are the most important customer in there. Reminds me of shopping at Island Alpine in the late 90s. That legitimate care and attention you get from all the Ruckus crew just makes you feel good. And all their rad stuff is just icing on the stuff 🤘😊
I received the best customer service ever from Ruckus this week! I can’t say enough good things! Over the years I have gone to Ruckus for different ski and bike needs, but I’ve also gone to other stores and had decent experiences as well… But after my most recent experience at Ruckus, I think they’ll be where I go for absolutely everything from now on and where my family goes! As a former "hardcore" skier I had really old boots and had thrown out my skis because they were delamming. I went into Ruckus to just get a little information about ski equipment in today's world and what my "like to have" would look like. A staff member told me "you gotta talk to Stephanie". Helpful is an understatement. She spent at least a 3/4 hour with me, knowing I was only looking to learn about todays equipment.
