This place is an absolute ripoff for bike service. they charged me 200 bucks to put a new chain on and tune the deraillur, just for me to find out that they never said the hub was shot!
I requested a tour of the mountain bikes. The lady was very knowledgable, patient, friendly, and kind. Ruckus offers lots of options for bikes. They allow you to switch out parts for the bikes at purchase to customize preferance. If I lived in PG I would definitely buy from these guys. She was wonderful at customer service.
I had a terrible experience here not only did they not stock the correct pushers for my bike they were really rude to me for my lack of knowledgeable on my high class mountain bike
