I rented a full suspension mountain bike for 120$ and was pretty disappointed with the product. Previously, at other shops I had paid 120$ for a day rental and was sent on a carbon fiber framed full suspension bike with middle of the road components. When I picked up my rental from Ruckus I was pretty disappointed, they handed me the cheapest, most entry level full suspension mountain bike money can buy. The bike maintenance crew in this shop is experienced and very helpful. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone looking for good service.
Disappointed to say the least, have had good service in the past, But Now I went to see if I could buy fattire e bike for to use on my farm as I have had major back surgery and need that help from the e-bike to go around on my farm , All they had was big bikes for big men , (I’m elderly senior woman ) they warned me that if I bought a bike from on line they would not service this bike , not even fix a flat tire , and I would be ok with this if they had a suitable bike for me , but I don’t want to be bullied to buy a bike I c... read more
The folks at Ruckus are great. If you like good customer service go to Ruckus.
These meatheads tried to fix a Thule rack for a family member. They ruined the exterior in the vice by not putting a buffer in, it now has jagged metal. They also couldn’t fix it. When we got it back it took us one bolt to fix the issue. You could’ve watch YouTube and done it guys. Just lazy work!
