I drive 10 miles out of my way to shop here. They have the best selection of dog food anywhere around . We have never had a problem returning anything . The other bad reviews must be thinking of another store because the service here is fantastic.

Continue to not carry sufficient supply of stock food. Cannot remember the number of times have gone to pick up stock food only to be told there is none available. Seems a very strange way of doing, or not doing, business.

I do have to let you know something, from a retail perspective, and no I don't work there. There are some companies that require that returns go through them, and not the store. This is not Rucker's fault. They are very business savvy and care a lot about their customers. I'm sure they don't intend on making things difficult. They also do a lot for the community as well so please try to understand the other side of the story before trying to ruin their business.

Rucker's is a really nice store with a nice, helpful staff. A little overpriced, but we still shopped there every month until they refused a return to my 10 year old daughter. She spent her Christmas money there and when she opened the product once she got home, it was defective (broken ring) and did not fit her horse as advertised. The owner refused to allow a return (or exchange), not even for store credit, which was all we asked for. Be careful buying here as they do not support the products they sell! An item we bought from them was defective and they told us to deal with the manufacturer directly. In order to compete these days you need great service, unfortunately you will not find it here.
