She’s been incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and has consistently gone above and beyond to help me, especially with my tax situation. Unfortunately, my experience with this CPA was not positive. I hired her to assist with an audit, but it became clear she lacked the experience to manage it effectively. I was repeatedly told to handle things myself, such as writing letters to the CRA, which was not what I expected from a professional accountant.
