Ordered in adequate time to receive before the holiday and did not. I even reached out before to point out I made a holiday order and was told they would approve a refund if I didn’t receive it even though it had not even shipped just days before. Terrible turn around time(and I was told it is because orders are custom, yet hundreds of small businesses do a great job or turning orders around quickly). HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Customer service is AMAZING! They got my order out quickly and all the products are super cute and comfy! Support this wonderful company!
