Do not send your quilt to Ruby. Her phone is now disconnected. We have no way of getting our quilt top returned that we delivered to her over a year ago. Farmington police department states they receive calls from all over the country with people looking for help to get back their quilts.
Ruby is fully unreliable. Sometimes she sends the quilt back and sometimes you have to call the sheriff. The work is good but she is no one you want to send precious quits to. Over a thousand dollars, check cashed 3 months ago and still trying to get my quilt back. She keeps making excuses. Sick, ice storm, doesn't trust the mail etc.
Ruby helped me bring a quilt to completion for my daughter and son in law. I struggled with finding time and patience for the hand quilting, finally realized that I would never finish it without help. I luckily found Ruby and her quilters made fast work of it. It turned out beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so much Ruby!
