Through my own experience and that of my clients I recommend Lynae. She has been known in Bend, Oregon as one of the best eating/dietician coaches around. I am an eating disorder therapist in Southern Oregon and refer as many of my clients as possible to Lynae. She is so gifted at helping people connect to their innate wisdom about food and their bodies and deconstruct their fears of food. She meets clients where they are which has been very helpful for my clients. Often my clients talk about how working with her is as therapeutic as our therapy sessions as she is not afraid to explore the emotions behind people's relationship to food. Can't recommend her enough!

Lynae is the best dietician I have ever worked with. She is so kind and understanding and knowledgeable about what she does. I learned so much about my eating disorder. She is such a key part in my recovery and I couldn’t have done it without her! She challenged me, supported me and listened/validated me. She helped guide me out of my eating disorder (which I had dealt with for over 10 years). She is an amazing person and I 10/10 recommend her!
