Lynae at Ruby Slippers has been a quote un-quote god send for me. I highly recommend this practice. With a history of disordered eating that reared it’s ugly head again in my mid 30s, it was very difficult to trust anyone with my food stuff. Lynae is an amazing dietitian. She has seen me at my worst and at my strongest and has been a consistent and caring support through it all. She is definitely somebody who I can trust to push me to make progress and achieve my goals without pushing me over the edge. She is easy to talk to because she isn't all about diets or calories, but instead encourages balance with a non judgmental relationship with food. I would not be where I am in my eating disorder recovery without her.
