Best customer service imaginable. They delivered 3 rugs to my home so I could test them, then came and picked up the 1 I did want, then came back to install mats for each rug, no extra charge, and the rugs are really gorgeous. I went to 7 different stores and ended up buying both at Ruby. Both were unusual styles I saw nowhere else.
I highly recommend purchasing from oggzhn! He is a great communicator and made the entire process very easy. I bought a beautiful Turkmen handmade wool rug from him. The quality is excellent, and the rug is truly stunning. Very happy with my purchase!
