The product is impossible to put on without a 20 minute struggle. The guidance for ordering is poor at best. Every time you return for a different size they charge you $9. Finally when you are so frustrated with this impossible to size correctly product and ask to return, their process is cumbersome and lenghty. I have a love/hate relationship with Ruby Ribbon Bralettes (Demis). I purchased the lace demi and the Athena demi. I love the way it shapes and lifts. However, I've encountered major discomfort with both bralettes I purchased. When I first put them on, they feel pretty good. However, within an hour (or less) the band rolls up and continues to do so throughout the day. Every time I pull it down and straighten it, it immediately rolls back up. I purchased 3 bralettes for 150.00. The gripper on these bras is uncomfortable. The stylist said to wash it. They were too tight so I went to the stylist house and ended up with 2 bigger size bras and a $14 credit. Plus they constantly ride up. I called the company they won’t refund my money. So now I am trying to sell them. I purchased two similar bras on Amazon that’s are so much more comfortable for 60. Their prices are way to high and their refund policy SUCKS!!
Their ankle leggings started ripping at the seams after a couple of months. After paying $60 you expect them to not do that. Buyer beware, there are better leggings at target.
Ruby Ribbon is the best! My girlfriend wears Ruby Ribbon or nothing at all. She learned about it from a neighborhood party, and keeps getting more of their products. They’re the most comfortable shapewear she owns. And they’re sexy. A+ for Ruby Ribbon!
