I visited the store and greeted the person behind the counter, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. Throughout my visit, there was no interaction from the staff, and I found the customer service lacking. Additionally, the prices were quite high. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations for service and value.
I love this shop. Not inexpensive but everything I’ve bought has been a standout. Tte sales people are very helpful. Old fashioned service that is rare these days. Such fun to shop here!
I was out exploring and walking through Carytown, Richmond, VA on 6/10/23 and was attracted to a colorful rack of dresses outside Ruby Boutique. This store has beautiful clothing and I purchased a dress as a birthday gift to myself. I have already worn the dress twice. I love the cut, fabric, floral print, capped sleeves, V neckline, slightly dropped waist, and most of all - the creatively placed and very handy pockets!
