Best store to shop at we find something everytime. Me and my daughters love ruby and jenna! The girls that work here are so helpful. Came last week for the first time in a while and we shopped on columbus day. Dani is so sweet when ever we come in, and gives us great tips on outfits. Great prices too!!!

Those girls, at the carle place location doesn't know anything about taking care of a costumer,they don't make contact with them, they act like they don't want to be there .The owners of these places has to do something, at least read the reviews and listen to leave money in your stores.,otherwise they has to close because, the have more or less good merchandise, expensive but sometimes different,but nobody want to come back there,with those girls attitude.

I went in to ask for a store credit on a dress I bought has a gift that didn't fit the recipient. I explained it was my fault and I asked for a one time accommodation because I had to fly to see my mom who was in the hospital and then passed away. The staff was completely rude and started counting the days from the purchase up until today. They were very condescending and had no empathy at all. Ridiculous 2 week return policy and for a GIFT no less. Very unfortunate. Would expect more and better customer service from a smaller chain of stores.
