Jacob failed to communicate effectively with me on my case, he was last minute on deadlines often to the point of negligence. He didn't allow me to review documents in advance and when questioned he failed to take accountability and ultimately left me hanging when it really mattered. They advertise a free consultation but will reject you without ever having spoken to you. There is no consultation just a desk person who says you “made the right decision in contacting them”, but then with no data they just reject you, they don’t even give you a reason. I suspect they are only interested in high award value (for them) cases and don’t really care about the merits of your case. They simply don’t care. They want the $$ and don’t care about you. They are the reason attorneys have a bad rep.
