Russell Malone is the one to deal with here...very professional and understanding...
They are a debt collection attny. Getting someone one the phone personally… was the most difficult thing. They have the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They also don’t have the means to email anything out to anyone. They still rely on faxing proof and copies of closed accounts. This is the 21st century, they are horrible.
