If I could give them negative stars I would. They are incompetent and could care less about the client. My wife and I hired them after she married me. It was a flat rate of 5K. Seemed reasonable if the job was completed properly. It took them 10 months of back and forth through email to finally send in the applications for citizenship, working visa etc..
