Once you pay it’s whatever delivery Is a paid promise. Not the seller saying well we called you. So annoyed my house warming party has passed & I given away my furniture thinking my new stuff would be delivered as promised but that wasn’t the case so embarrassing.

Delivery Is when they want lied to about multiple calls to make delivery when I left specific instructions with the Owner/manager now being told like ole well wait til our driver returns but no issues paying & taking my money my 2 nd & last purchase 😩

I recently ordered a sofa online as a gift for someone in Las Vegas - I live on the east coast. When I called them to finalize the delivery, they informed me that I had to be there to sign for the delivery. Since that was impossible, I cancelled the order. I then received an email from them stating my order had been cancelled due to suspected fraud - I'm the one who cancelled, not them! Ordered a bed at the beginning of December and was told it would take 6-8 weeks but likely closer to 8. I was told it was being shipped from the manufacturer and would be in the warehouse ready for delivery last week. It has now been 10 weeks and still no sign of the bed. I see that the "fine print" on the invoice shows that they are in no way responsible for lead times that take too long and will not refund any deposit for cancelled items.
