I wasted so much money “investing” in Jennifer Rubin’s legal ‘expertise’ when she was essentially supporting her family for a year and a half with no sort of resolution to the severity of my concerns. Is Jennifer Rubin even a legitimate lawyer? All I see are 3 stars for Yvette!! Well, folks, I highly discourage you to use this firm at all. Jennifer Rubin is the lowest of low. You are better off calling Saul.
I am so grateful to have found Yvette. She came highly recommended and I am so glad to have had her on my side throughout a nasty custody/child support battle. Yvette is not only knowledgeable and really great at what she does but she truly CARES about her clients. Throughout the entire process I felt like Yvette advocated for me and really had mine and my children's best interest. Ms. Ansel is unethical, unprofessional and rude. Here is what the court said about her pleadings: "affirmative allegations do not match the facts as proven at trial". Ms. Ansel orchestrated a child kidnaping and directed her client to file a false police report, but more importantly abused a child by over and over again filing information she knew was false and misleading including anonymous affidavits. Yvette Ansel is incompetent, lazy, and simply a terrible attorney. She refused to show evidence that would have shown motive for my ex wife's actions against me. During our hearing, Yvette Ansel cross examination was amateurish and her mouth was open the entire time. I regret ever hiring her. She had me apologize instead of fighting the ex-wife. I am preparing a BAR complaint.
