It requires you to enter telephone number AND an email address but ***** They do not confirm 1) receiving the request, 2) a copy of your request for your records 3) accepting your request 4) declining your request 5) if you cancel - they still waste their drivers' time because they still show up. 6) they prefer you text, but don't hold your breath for a reply - even if you text during regular business hours. - a caregiver, not a client
