I booked a last-minute float before Christmas, and it helped me so much. I didn't know there was a float studio near me and am so glad to have found the one in Juanita. It really is a great deal to float there because you get 90 minutes in a session instead of 60. It helps you actually relax into the experience and get more benefits. Terrific place to turn off my mind, body, and the world for 90 minutes. Third float there and this time I did the C98.5 Chill Wave playlist. I have a hard time turning off my brain and chill music helped- when my mind wondered to my to-do-list- I just focused on the music. (Don't worry its not loud.) Spa like shower and room was great for the end too- a real treat.
