First I would like to pint the excellent customer service, then the quality of the sofa I had ordered is really good and exactly the same like on the website catalog.

Having received free swatches from other competitors (Loaf, Snug, Swyft) and even Wayfair - I was surprised that Rubeza charged £1 for just the one swatch I requested. It arrived loose in an envelope - no colour name sticker on the reverse like the other companies all do - and no cover/introductory letter, I was disappointed at the thinness of the fabric compared to others I'd received.
