He was very helpful and calls you himself and takes time to explain you the case yourself. Hes very hands on. Very nice person.
When offered a deal, he said "I work for you, I'll do whatever you want". My response was "I paid you so I can trust you to do what's best". In more words or less I heard "no deal, we're going for it"! 2 hours later my case was dismissed. Although personally very stressful, Mr. Ortiz's enthusiasm, confidence and the winners attitude prevailed. Mr. Ortiz and his office staff are top notch and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you sir.
