I do not recommend Ruben Montemayor This lawyer is nothing but a thief we payed him over $5000 to handle a case and they never even sent out the application that had to be mailed out. They tried using execuse after execuse for why they were not able to find the receipt for the application. I had to hire a new lawyer that did more in a couple of days than they did in years.
