I booked online using their booking system for 8pm as it said they were open until 9pm. I got a confirmation text and turned up at 7:45pm to locked doors and no answer to my phone call, whilst waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes. Should probably update your online booking system to accurately reflect your opening times or not send confirmations if you aren’t accepting bookings.
