Rob, damaged my motorcycle during transport in October 2020. His company does not have adequate insurance for transport services and he refused to reimburse me for the damages or use his insurance. DO NOT hire Rob at RTX for your vehicle transport. I'm left to chase him down now to fix my motorcycle, its now January 2021 and Rob has still not made any efforts to resolve my issue via his insurance or himself. Beware of the fraudulent services.
