Wow Brainspotting! BLESS YOU Jayne! ✨🙏 I honestly can't even believe how much lighter I feel in general after the brainspotting and the custom made hypnosis meditation I received to take home! Before meeting Jayne, I had a massive phobia of needles, I even struggled with the conversation or thought of needles and having to get injections ect, even avoiding appointments and cancelling last minute. 5 weeks ago I had the misfortune to fall and break 2 ribs in my back. Jayne suggested performing some RTT to help the healing process. With an open mind and some scepticism, imagine my surprise when 2 weeks later my ribs were all but healed. Given the wonderful outcome, I'm delighted to recommend Jayne as a caring and proficient therapist.
