A knowledgeable and supportive PT team (I saw Olivia and Jake) that identified my imbalances and weaknesses and gave me practical advice that’s already making me a stronger runner.
Over the summer I dislocated my shoulder resulting in a full rotator cuff tear in my shoulder. I was unable to play golf without pain but was reluctant to have shoulder surgery. Over the last several months I started working with RTS and Dr. Olivia Meyers and am happy to report that I am back to playing golf 3 times a week without pain. Olivia is the best!!
Olivia has given me my lifestyle back. I’ve been limping around for 1.5 years after an MRI, rest, joint injections, and traditional PT. Honestly I was depressed and wondered if I’d ever be able to run, hike, or ride horses without pain. I had almost given up. After about 2 months of weekly sessions I can smile and say I’m pain free. My new goal now is working on building strength to keep it that way! Thank you RTS❤️
I have had issues over the years with chronic headaches and neck pain due to deterioration of my C2-C7. I have tried pain management (epidurals, ablations) and chiropractic care which offered temporary relief. After 5 sessions with Dr. Olivia Meyers, I feel that her combined approach has really provided me with true sustainable relief. She FINALLY helped me solve for the extreme tension (rock hard) traps that I have had for years that none of my healthcare professionals could or did solve for. Thank you, Dr. Meyers!
