Subject: Feedback on Recent visit I recently visited your store and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel particularly welcomed during my visit. The associate stood behind the counter and did not initially offer assistance. When I began using the foot machine on my own, he commented, “Oh, you’re just going to do it by yourself, you don’t need assistance,” which felt dismissive. Really disappointing customer service. I went in to look for another pair of OnClouds, and the employee spent most of the time watching tv or wandering around the store. He told me the brand doesn’t make a size 11—which is simply not true, as I exclusively only wear this brand and that size. They offered no help. I practically had to beg for him to check or bring out any sizes. Not typical customer service for a small business.
I waited to write this review because I didn’t want my emotions to take over in this review. First, I went in with high expectations and to get help with knowing my gait and how it affects my walking etc. I asked if I could get an analysis with the program and staff indicated machine was down. Visited the store a couple of weeks ago to try on a couple of different pairs of shoes. I was trying to get an idea of what was most comfortable, and would be best for my back issues. The owner was very helpful, and so kind. I figured out what kind I wanted (Hoka Bondi 9), and went back today to get them. Once again he was so personable, and gave me a great deal on my shoes. 10/10 recommend visiting this shop for all your athletic shoe needs!
