What happened to the 6:36am 20 Lyell Avenue bus to Long Pond and Ridgeway Avenue today? All buses read Not in Service that pass by. Conflicts work and business.
Bus#2304 schedule 9:52am 40 Lake Avenue and Ridge Road was driving very fast and reckless. Almost zoomed right by me at the stop. Had a very nasty attitude once the bus arrived at the Greece Ridge Center Hub. Communication was very unprofessional. What does this Spanish lady break have to do with just providing information without showing how stressed she obviously was. It was too early for all of that. RTS please do better on training your employees. It's actually unsafe riding on a bus with a driver with no self control.
I just got off the 40 bus going toward greece mall and the bus driver refuse to let me off at my stop on east ridge stating that it is not a stop so what is this sign below. I am a ederly woman he rode me all the way to hudson. this was very rude of him the time was about 8:25-8:30 pm
Very Poor Service!!! Won't "accept" Disabled People like Me to get an Approval for RTS Access!
