Wonderful service
I belong to a credit union from when we lived out west. I do shared banking via this CU. The staff have always been helpful.
Zero customer service... never answer the phone. Endless automated menus leading nowhere. Useless website with no search capability. Either enable customers OR help them. I'm outta here. Could not post zero stars otherwise would have.
I made the mistake of taking a loan out using this organization. They have consistently reported incorrect information to credit bureaus. Despite my multiple requests to correct this information and my immaculate and completely on time payment record, this organization continues to report inaccurate information to credit bureaus. Every employee I have had the immense displeasure of interacting with has been completely negligent in the job and dismissive at best.
