First, I have several RTIC products - ice chests, tumblers, mugs- and have been pleased with them all. However, I have been very disappointed in the tumbler with ceramic coating inside the tumbler my wife received as a gift. She used it for about a month and a chip in the ceramic coating occurred. I contacted customer service on the phone and provided all info requested, but was not able to provide the Amazon order number from the person that purchased the gift tumbler.
