RTIC ia always great! The store is exceptionally clean with well organized shelves and a very friendly and helpful staff!
Soft coolers have terrible zippers. Please do not buy them, because they will not stand behind their product. Just do a google search and you will see the countless people who have had issues with the zipper breaking. We ordered over 400 coolers for employees, and wouldn't fix one that was out of the warranty window. Literally spent $50k on coolers and they wouldn't back them.
