The RTA customer service department is lovely to work with. Any time I've had an issue, they are quick, responsive, listen to my complaint, and truly do look into what went wrong and what can be changed to not have it happen again. If its a simple question, they can quickly answer it over the phone. If its something they need to look into, they reach back out to you within a couple weeks. The RTA staff i have conversed with care about improving all aspects of dayton transit.
Jackie Nash is the best driver hands down! So kind and professional and really loves her job this young lady should get a raise! Big time businesses would kill to have such a great employee!!! Thank you Jackie for all of your hard work and services for the great city of Dayton!
