An older woman working in the bus hub downtown terminal waiting room . Attacked me and bullied me over having a mcdonalds coffee in hub. Started yelling at me in front of everyone. I told her I have not been here in 15 years. I read the sign n threw it away and she still wanted fo try n get me kicked out. She was so rude. I work in service and her service it terrible. A bully. They have very nice people there
So I would like to say that rta of Dayton had never been great. I worked for 10 and a half hours to be left at the hub for an hour not knowing if I'll get home. There were 5 routes that were cancelled with no warning, and had to be forced to ride in a crammed van with a bunch of strangers, as a disabled veteran I feel almost betrayed by my city. I guess it's time to go. If you want to live happy this isn't the place.
How are you a community service but dont care? They are not for the community and do not care about the importance of transportation for people. A good 70% of there workers are crude with bad attitudes that do not know how to do there job. They have bad communication from with in and out failing to fix issues dealing with circumstances of civilians.
To start I am disabled and use the Paratransit service. I have never had worse service in any sort of business ever before this company. I call their number and spend the next 15-20 minutes on hold just for someone to answer the call and be a total jerk and less than helpful. I have been nothing but understanding and nice to this company for far too long only to have been literally left in the dark outside of my work for hours until their paratransit service finally decides to show up after I’ve called the hub multiple times... read more
