I've never been so sick and tired of being sick and tired in my life as I am right now with the RTA bus system. Ever since I started using this bus system I've been late to work numerous numerous times. I've had buses drive right past me standing at the bus stop like I'm not even there. I've had on multiple occasions buses are supposedly on a live GPS showing me that they're coming and that's on the way and that it comes and it never comes and so I end up standing out in the cold waiting on the next bus which is 40 minutes o... read more

The driver listened to me when I informed him that I wasn't getting on the bus because the Transit app was having server issues and I would wait for rhe next bus. He shook his head 'No.' and motioned for me step onto the bus and I felt like family.l!
