Visited Rene for a sports massage in December and was thoroughly impressed. Her consultation was very useful and helped pinpoint some of my trouble areas as someone who spends too much time working on computers. The massage was tailored to my needs and really helped with my recovery from a recent 10 mile run. Rene also have me some tips for stretching in the future. Would highly recommend.

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage today after having surgery 2 weeks ago. It’s such a gentle treatment, but the difference it makes is unbelievable, the swelling, tightness and heaviness eased almost instantly. I actually felt my body relax for the first time since surgery. . If you’re recovering from any kind of surgery, do not underestimate the power of proper lymphatic drainage. Forever grateful & I would highly recommend Rene. I can’t wait for my next one!

From someone who's got a bit of a chaotic back and shoulders from previous injuries. I was suggested to find a good sports massage, and I did! Rene was kind, caring and expertly dealt both the issues as well as addressing the cause after chatting with me and looking at my mobility.
