For several years now, it has always been an absolute pleasure working with Gary and his team. They are incredibly thorough, professional, and easy to work with. I had an issue with some items purchased. It was an honest oversight on their part, some microphones that operate in a now banned frequency range....nobody but an A/V tech pro would know that was even a concern. I reach out to ask for a partial refund. I got an email the very next day from Gary asking Cary (yep) to process the refund. Working with Gary has been like eating a pint of Haagen Daz for the first time after a childhood of melted Blue Bunny. Some of the support staff haven't become as customer-service enlightened quite yet but they are trying hard, and so they so will. With all the post-industrial bankruptcies plus the Boomers finally leaving their businesses and personally down-sizing in droves, Rt 66 Auctions understands how well they can be positioned.
