Fire Pit does not work, and customer service has not sent a replacement part since I opened a case on July 20 2023, customer service does not answer the phone, and even though I had followed up with emails no one responded to my follow up. I already sent a video of the issue, case # 91543 related to order #911513 Basically if something is wrong with your purchase you are out of Luck. BUYERS BEWARE

Edit/Update: We did contact customer service before writing the review and we were told to contact a furniture medic for repairs or contact the purchasing department to purchase new ones. Terrible product. Both my sister and I have had several of their products and they have all started to break only a year or two after purchase. She was lucky enough to get replacements. I have a sectional from Ohana wicker furniture that I’ve had for 6 years and it’s uncovered with no shade. It still looks great and all the wicker links are... read more

Received damaged product, no customer service on the phone, they only provide email and no response yet. Very disappointing because I need to order Additional items to match what I already have and don't want to do that now. I did receive a email. I will update my review when I receive the replacements of damaged product. I am hopeful that I will receive replacements but have no confirmation of them being sent or the damaged product being picked up. Worst customer service ever. They don't allow you to talk to a person and can only communicate through emails which they don't return. I am still waiting from 3 weeks ago!
