Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a wholesaler. The reps there want to enter the order and nothing else. Will not accommodate at all. If you have a question on any product that is maybe new to you and you are interested in carrying it, then you'd better find the information somewhere else, because they won't have the answer and don't care to help you find it.
