Placed an order at the retailer for a Kalashnikov KP-9. Week later, received a Used, Dirty, scratched up gun. The retailer blamed RSR, who did not fix the situation. I had to ship the gun to K-USA (Manufacturer) to get this resolved. Eventually K-USA sent me a new gun. I wasted almost 3 weeks. The Worst part is, RSR did not offer to help or accept responsibility.
