I had such a fantastic experience here today. My daughter needed her phone screen replaced and the battery changed, and Ali was absolutely phenomenal. He assessed the phone straight away, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed in just 25 minutes using genuine parts. The service was incredibly professional, honest and efficient. Ali was also so kind and helpful, which made the whole experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was very reasonable â actually the cheapest I found after checking several places. Top notch attitude towards the challenge i gave, my Tablet was doomed, it was looking like i had to do a factory reset loosing my photos and everything but after a few hours we found the problem and everything has been perfect since. Cash wasn't the most important thing to the owner. He asked what i thought was fair. He was definitely worthy of a good review and i highly recommend seeing RSPS for all your mobile / tablet repairs.Â
I canât recommend Ali at RSPS Mobile highly enough! My phone stopped working, and he went above and beyond by fixing it after hours when most places were already closed. The service was fast, professional, and the quality of the repair was outstanding. He kept me informed throughout the process, charged a fair price, and my phone is now working like new. Itâs rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Ali does. If you need your phone repaired, donât waste your time anywhere elseâRSPS Mobile is the... read more
