I had such a fantastic experience here today. My daughter needed her phone screen replaced and the battery changed, and Ali was absolutely phenomenal. Top notch attitude towards the challenge i gave, my Tablet was doomed, it was looking like i had to do a factory reset loosing my photos and everything but after a few hours we found the problem and everything has been perfect since. Cash wasn't the most important thing to the owner. He asked what i thought was fair. He was definitely worthy of a good review and i highly recommend seeing RSPS for all your mobile / tablet repairs.

I can’t recommend Ali at RSPS Mobile highly enough! My phone stopped working, and he went above and beyond by fixing it after hours when most places were already closed. I wanted to leave an honest review based on my experience. The service was friendly, however I was disappointed with the quality of the replacement parts used in my phone, particularly the battery. After the repair, I experienced further issues, and when I returned, I was told it was due to the phone being dropped. Unfortunately, this left me feeling that the repairs may not have been completed to a high standard. For that reason, I personally wouldn’t feel confident using this service again or recommending it to others.
