I did not want to have to write this review, but I believe other professionals should be aware of my experience. My overall experience with RSPUSA has been disappointing, particularly in regard to communication and customer service. The company sends an excessive number of approval emails, yet when you call to speak with someone directly, you are required to leave a voicemail. I am a sales manager for Douglas Elliman, been managing 29 years and I manage two offices on Long Island. I’ve been a client for five years and I use the mailings as a way to generate leads for my agents. It’s a great system, you can be as involved as you’d like or just set it and forget it. Farming is for life and if you’re going to farm this is the way to go.
